Richard A. Lipsey HSCA Deposition 01/18/78

Richard Allen Lipsey was an Honorgaurd for the Casket on the night of 11/22/63 from Andrews Air Force Base to Bethesda Naval Hospital. He sat in the gallery during the post-mortem of President Kennedy. Lipsey gave a taped deposition to the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) on Jan. 18th, 1978 where he described what he witnessed during the autopsy. Although Lipsey subscribes to the findings of the Warren Commission's report, his deposition to the HSCA is in conflict with their conclusion.
