DAY 69: "WORKING ALONE"

Exodus 18:14
So, when Moses’ father-in-law saw all that, he did for the people, he said, “What is this thing that you are doing for the people? Why do you alone [a]sit, and all the people stand before you from morning until evening?”

Jared led a discussion about the importance of delegation and seeking advice, using the example of Moses from the Bible. He emphasized that working alone could be harmful and hinder others from serving. Jared admitted to struggling with this issue himself. He stressed the need for leaders, including those in the Church, to learn from Moses' example and seek wise counsel, even when they have accomplished great deeds.
