Sausage Sub

Add olive oil and 1/2 stick butter to pan . If you like your sausage browned, start with the sausage and then add green peppers and onion. I like my sausage lightly browned. Cook till sausage is no longer pink, about 10-15 minutes.
Put in sun roll, Enjoy!!!
