Law of conservation of energy:
In physics and chemistry, the law of conservation of energy states that the total energy of an isolated system remains constant; it is said to be conserved over time. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it can only be transformed or transferred from one form to another.

Electricity generation:
Several methods do exist to convert other forms of energy into electrical energy. Exactly the same amount of electricity must be generated as is used at any given moment (i. e. production and consumption of electricity must always be equal). Grid stability has to be kept in mind when utilizing volatile sources of electricity generation. Taiwan has to be autonomous regarding electricity generation as there is no connection to a grid abroad.

General remarks:
Energy has no color. Hydrogen itself has no color. Energy is not renewable.
