Three ways used by CCP companies to evade tarriffs

8/30/2023 【Wisconsin Roundtable on the CCP’s Threats】Bob Wahlin, CEO of Stoughton Trailers: Our Chinese competitors have been evading tariffs in three main ways: (1) Shift their production to a facility in Thailand and inappropriately subsidize it; (2) do much of the smaller assembly in Communist China and then shift it to Thailand; (3) blend product from Communist China with those from Thailand through transloading. The CCP has been doing this for one and a half years since the tariff was put in place 2 years ago
