He explains the agile behaviours associated with PRINCE2 Agile, including transparency, collaboration, rich communication, self-organisation, and exploration.

He also discusses the various agile frameworks that are commonly used with PRINCE2 and whether some are more commonly used than others.
In the agile focus areas, Andrew discusses five key areas that must be considered.

He also mentions certain agile techniques to keep in mind when applying PRINCE2 within an agile environment.

Finally, he discusses the key agile concepts.
