Hola,
this is a quick lesson on Mastering the Personal Pronouns in Spanish.

Remember that in Spanish there are two ways to address a person in the YOU form (Tú, informal, to be used with friends, acquaintances) and Usted (Formal form of You in Spanish, to be used with people you do not know, but it is also a cultural aspect of the language, as if you were to go to Colombia, you would hear friends addressing each other in the Usted form, watch Maria Full of Grace, https://youtu.be/FtcP6f8EtE0, click on the link to view the trailer. It is a good movie.

In Latin America, we use Ustedes to say "You all" while in Spain, they would use "Vosotros/vosotras"
