This is a series of videos where I'll share my workouts to provide inspiration and an inside look at F45

Titans is a resistance-based workout that consists of 9 stations! Titans is the elevated workout to F45's classic - Romans. Train with the gods and raise your strength capabilities to the ultimate level!

Here is the Titans layout and timing:
- 3 pods
- 3 stations per pod
- 4 sets at each station
- 35 seconds of work, 25 seconds of rest
- 1 lap in each pod
1 minute rest between pods

As a former member and current coach at this gym, I am a HUGE fan of the benefits it provides by targeting functional movements in a targeted and unique way
