California AG Fights to Keep Parents in the Dark over Gender Identity Policy

California’s attorney general filed a civil rights lawsuit against the Chino Valley Unified School District Monday because the district adopted a policy that would inform parents when their child has told teachers or administrators they want to go by another name or gender. Attorney General Rob Bonta feels this new policy would hurt students.
