Become a Change Maker

To the homeowner, the impact of not taking action on a claim, cuz I know that's ultimately our biggest threat, right? No claim, partial payment, denial. Check in hand the number one objection. My roof is fine. We are gonna wait to get a few more years out of it. I don't wanna file a claim. We hear this stuff over and over and over and the reason is we're change makers.

We have to highlight the situation by doing, identifying the problem. Discussing the cause of that problem, highlighting the impact, meaning what's gonna happen if they don't take action, and then laying out the solution. So as a change maker, if we think of, again, sales for anyone joining in isn't about financial transactions, it's not about communication.

At the end of the day, it's about helping someone make change. And the only way to make change is when someone realizes that they need to change, which is why we need to focus on creating needs.
