Sendo o primeiro museu de relógios do Irão, este museu está localizado numa das antigas casas de Teerão com uma arquitectura e decoração muito interessantes.

A história deste jardim remonta ao período Qajar; O jardim outrora mencionado pertencia a Muir al-Mamalek, genro de Nasser al-Din Shah, como parte das terras do Jardim Ferdous.
