if we had no LDL in our body, we would simply die
If lds becomes damaged, however, we have a problem
Liver excretes, very low density lipoprotein…
This carries inside: triglycerides and cholesterol a molecule
Lipoprotein is so much more complex than cholesterol
Deliver excretes, very low density lipoprotein…
This delivers cholesterol to the tisha's that need it
And triglycerides were needed
As it delivers, it shrinks and becomes: intermediate density lipoprotein
It continues to deliver, becomes:
Low density lipoprotein, LDL
LDL then is taken back up by the liver…
In the cycle continues
If LDL is damaged…
APOB 100 protein is the security card
If it is damaged, liver will not receive it…
So, starts to accumulate in blood
APO be 100 protein is the security card
Oxidative stress is one thing that can damage a POB 100
