Tokyo Shrine Wakabayashi Inari Shrine with Pictures of Japanese People 100 Years Ago

This shrine sits between Shoin Shrine and Taishido Hachiman Shrine.
When I stumbled upon and visited the shrine, the atmosphere was so quiet for an Inari shrine that I wondered, "Why?" and
When I looked into it, I found that it was an Inari-sama that was originally a joint enshrinement of the "Tenzo Shrine" that used to be located in a temple.

Perhaps it was the influence of the temple-bred Tenzo Shrine?
Tranquility and a peaceful atmosphere.

Description of Wakabayashi Inari Shrine according to wiki
The date of establishment is unknown. However, it is assumed that the shrine already existed in the middle of the Edo period (1603-1868), as it received a donation of shrine property in 1769.
During the Meiji period (1868-1912), the shrine was a dense forest, but lost most of its trees in an air raid in 1945.
The shrine used to have a flat plaque "Shoichi Fukuju Inari Daimyojin" (正一位福寿稲荷大明神), as it was also known as "Fukuju Inari," but it was destroyed by fire during an air raid [1]. The current oblongs read "Inari Shrine (right), Tenzo-jinja Shrine (left). This is due to the fact that the Tenzo Shrine was enshrined together in the past.
