5 Day Food Prep Video

Hey Guy’s! Welcome back to my channel.
In today’s video I’m going to do a 5 Day Food Prep!
I try not to go over five days because I don’t want the food to get old and I don’t want to get tired of eating the same thing everyday.
The first couple of things that I like to keep in mind is that I try to make foods that I love. That way I don’t get tired of it.
The second thing is think about how long whatever it is that you decide to use in your food prep is going to stay fresh.
The last thing you want is to open your meal on the fourth or fifth day and it’s not any good.
I started with my fruit bowls.
Use whatever fruit you love but always make sure that it’s fresh.

My chicken and broccoli usually lasts for about 5 to 7 days. Once I’m done cooking it and placing it in my containers I let it cool down to room temperature. Then I place it in my refrigerator and keep it there until I’m ready to eat it or take it to work. Easy Peasy!
