Gates Hudson is a terrible real estate conglomerate that can suck it. They have left me and dozens of other tenants, including elderly and disabled seniors on Social Security without hot water for months. Attempts to get Fairfax county involved were useless because they refused to come during the hours when the hot water poses a problem to confirm the issue.
