The Law of Self Defense community is very fortunate to have the opportunity to enjoy this live interview of Ohio State Representative Josh Williams (R), who is on the front lines to strengthen his state's self-defense law.

Along with colleagues he is fighting to advance HB233, a bill that would create a pre-trial opportunity for a defender to be granted a legal presumption that their use of defensive force was lawful.

Representative Williams has kindly agreed to be interviewed for our community, to discuss the political dynamics around passing such a bill, and hopefully to discuss what the future might hold in further transforming Ohio from the WORST state for self-defense to the BEST.
