My Mother's Bavarian Chicken & Rice

This is the tastiest chicken breast I've ever had! Easy recipe! I cook this chicken breast recipe almost every day. This chicken breast is very tasty and quick to prepare:

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Salt and black pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil.
1 clove of garlic.
Salt and black pepper.

Fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Flip and fry for a further 5 minutes until golden brown.
1 tomato and some fresh dill.
150 grams of cheese (5.3 ounces).
Bake in preheated oven at 356 F (180 C) until cheese just begins to brown, 15-20 minutes.
4 tablespoons olive oil.
1.5 cups of rice.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 teaspoon of salt.
180 ml tomato sauce (3/4 cups).
720 ml chicken broth or water (3 cups).
If boiling with water, add 1 chicken stock cube.
Cook with the lid on for 30-35 minutes over low heat.
When there's no more broth, it's done.
