HALLOWEEN KILLS was MID but THIS is GREAT

It’s late August 2023 and Halloween is right around the corner. It is my favorite holiday, Christmas is my second. I decided to revisit the David Gordon Green Halloween trilogy. In my humble opinion, this is the best scene in the middle chapter, Halloween Kills. I could do a whole series on what worked and what didn’t in this series of films, but it would probably be redundant at this point. I think the majority opinion is the films started off really strong, but the middle and end chapters didn’t live up to the first film. Now I liked
Halloween Ends more than most, but even I can admit trying to introduce new elements that late in the game was an overreach.
