Politics in a minute: 12yr old kicked out of school for Gadsden flag

August 30, 2023 - JRest Break - A story out of #ColoradoSprings has come out about a 12 year old boy who was kicked out of class. The reason? The boy had a Gadsden flag patch on his backpack. On top of that, administrators said that the flag has “origins with slavery” despite the fact the Gadsden flag has to do with the American Revolution. The #Jrestbreak sees this as the reason to why American history is necessary to be taught and be taught accurately.
