A large faction within QAnon—the pro-Trump conspiracy movement turned cult—recently dealt with a power struggle following the death of its leader, Michael Protzman. The individual who ultimately replaced him ended up being a 13-year-old girl named 'Tony Teflon'. She was groomed for leadership by the former leader, and her mother, 'Teflon Don', is also a prominent member within the cult.
