How I Removed Distractions and Started Living (quitting social media)

Distractions are everywhere, they are so commonplace that I have become uncomfortable without them. I realized I was addicted to my phone and needed to quit social media. I wanted to live intentionally and be present in the now. In order to live life more fully and connect on a deeper level, I began living mindfully and with limited screen time. I did a social media detox and limited technology for my productivity and my mental health. This is how I removed distractions from my life.
