Brio 800 Series 2-Stage Bottleless Countertop Water Cooler @BrioWater

Bought this unit to replace an old MoJo bottleless cooler that failed. Purchased for $499.99 SAVE 50% $999.99 MSRP.

Received from fedex today and was installed within an hour. I had to run both filters through a purge sequence for roughly 10 minutes before installing them. The unit came with everything you need to install it minus the tools. Came with both water supply adapters to fit both size pipes and even came with teflon tape!

Unfortunately, once I had it all hooked up - waited for the unit to fill up before switching on the hot and cold power. Once the unit was at temp for hot & cold I decided to give it a try.

Much to my surprise the refrigerated cold came out in a trickle. The hot & room temp both worked fine.

I called brio @ +1 (844) 257-4103 and had to call back 5 times after the phone system dumped my call. I finally reached a human. He told me it's probably a valve issue on the cold side and that it would be best to take a photo of the back of the unit, take a video of it not working and email it to cs@briowater.com to file a warranty claim.

It's unfortunate that these units are not tested prior to shipping. For the price you would think some QC was done. @BrioWater
