The Deep State’s Corrupt DOJ Covers for Hunter Biden in Investigation

Uncovered emails provide more astounding details of the Deep State DOJ’s corruption in the Hunter Biden probe. Special Counsel David Weiss, the prosecutor leading the Hunter Biden investigation, consulted with the Justice Department about how to answer legal questions by House Republicans.
The New York Post reports:
“Delaware US Attorney David Weiss consulted Justice Department officials about congressional requests for information regarding his five-year-long investigation of Hunter Biden, challenging the prosecutor’s own signed statements that he had ‘ultimate authority’ to bring charges against the first son.
Weiss’s office traded emails with the DOJ’s Office of Legislative Affairs and Office of Legal Counsel about how to respond to questions posed by House Republicans about the case, according to emails obtained by the conservative Heritage Foundation and viewed by The Post Monday.”
Shockingly, the emails also show that the DOJ told Weiss that it would “take the lead” on all questions regarding the Hunter Biden investigation, which calls into question the claim that Weiss had “ultimate authority” to issue charges against Hunter or that he was leading an independent investigation.
Such news is highly disturbing and further illustrates how the Deep State is making a mockery of our judicial system. The Hunter Biden investigation was likely compromised from the start.
House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (OH-4) joined the broadcast to discuss the Special Counsel fiasco:

“Why do we need a Special Counsel when the investigation was already completed? . . . Thank goodness the court and the judge said this plea deal was bogus. But why do you need a Special Counsel now after four years when you already had a plea deal in front of the court? The time for a Special Counsel was probably January 20, 2021, at 12:02 p.m., when Joe Biden takes the oath of office, and the Justice Department says, Oh, we’ve been investigating his son, and his father is now President of the United States. Maybe that’s a situation that would warrant a Special Counsel. They should have named it then – not now when we’re figuring out just how bad this investigation has been run.”
Congressman Jordan is exactly right to question the spurious timing of the Special Counsel appointment. David Weiss was named the Special Counsel in the Hunter Biden probe only after the testimony of the FBI whistleblowers exposed the DOJ’s corruption. Also, don’t forget Weiss dragged his feet earlier to allow the statute of limitations to expire so charges couldn’t be filed against Hunter, and he was also the author of the failed plea deal. And now he’s the Special Counsel investigating the Biden bribery allegations? Sure, that’s going to be a legitimate investigation.
Can you even imagine the media’s reaction if the Trump DOJ had been exposed for coordinating with a criminal investigation involving one of Trump’s sons? Instead, we are watching the media celebrate as former President Donald Trump faces four indictments, including the news that Trump’s federal trial date will be on the day before Super Tuesday.
Further, with a D.C. federal trial date set for March, Trump could theoretically face sentencing in either May or June – just months before the 2024 presidential election. What will happen with the election if President Trump is convicted?
The Deep State is clearly working overtime to get Trump off the GOP ballot. Meanwhile, Deep State officials are openly scrambling to protect the President’s son. When will the existential crisis in our Justice Department end?
We hope the average American recognizes the blatant election interference taking place. Despite all these political ploys, Trump is the frontrunner to win the GOP nomination. But how will it affect the general election? It’s too early to predict.
