Affleck has been married twice. His first marriage was to actress Jennifer Garner, with whom he has three children: Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. The couple met on the set of the film "Daredevil" and married in 2005. They separated in 2015 and finalized their divorce in 2018.

Affleck's second marriage was to actress Ana de Armas. The couple met while filming the upcoming movie "Deep Water" and began dating in early 2020. They were together for a little over a year before announcing their split in January 2021.

In addition to his children with Garner, Affleck is also a father to a daughter named Phoenix, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend, actress and musician Jennifer Lopez. The couple dated from 2002 to 2004 and briefly rekindled their romance in 2021.

Affleck has been open about his struggles with addiction and has been in and out of rehab over the years. In 2017, he announced that he had completed treatment for alcohol addiction and has since been committed to his sobriety.
