Creamy Mushroom Bacon Soup | Yeti Kitchen

Welcome back to another episode of Yeti Kitchen!

Today, we're making a delicious, hearty, creamy mushroom and bacon soup! Though there are many ways to elevate this soup, this video will focus on a fundamental version with easy and commonly found ingredients, which are as follows:

1 large onion or 3-4 small onions
1 Tbsp of fresh thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Bacon (I used an entire packet)
1 large carrot
4 cups of stock
1 cup of heavy cream
a whole garlic
8-10 large cremini mushrooms

Optional: white wine, nutmeg, allspice and potatoes.
