To prepare chicken fried meat, you can follow these basic steps:

Steps:
Prepare the Chicken:
If using boneless chicken, cut it into pieces of your desired size. If using bone-in chicken, ensure it's properly cleaned and seasoned.
Season the Chicken:
Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. You can use a mix of spices like paprika, garlic powder, or cayenne for added flavor.
Coating Station:
Set up a coating station with three shallow bowls or plates.
Bowl 1: Place flour with a bit of salt and pepper.
Bowl 2: Beat eggs to create an egg wash.
Bowl 3: Fill with bread crumbs or panko.
Coating Process:
Take a chicken piece and coat it in the flour mixture, making sure it's evenly covered.
Dip the floured chicken into the egg wash, ensuring it's coated.
Finally, coat the chicken with bread crumbs or panko, pressing the crumbs onto the chicken to adhere.
Heat the Oil:
In a deep frying pan or skillet, heat enough oil to submerge the chicken pieces. The oil should be around 350-375°F (175-190°C).
Frying:
Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil using tongs. Be cautious to avoid splattering.
Fry until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Boneless chicken typically takes around 4-6 minutes per side, while bone-in chicken may take longer.
Drain and Serve:
Once the chicken is done, use a slotted spoon or tongs to remove it from the hot oil.
Place the fried chicken on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or sides.
Remember to handle hot oil with care and ensure that the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safety. Enjoy your homemade chicken fried meat!
