MSNBC Legal Analyst Wants To End Cash Bail For the Poor But Not Trump
An MSNBC legal analyst who used to be a federal prosecutor said he wants to end cash bail but only for poor people. He kept invoking Donald Trump, who had nothing to do with the criminal case he and the host were talking about. The former prosecutor made some racist statements, and nobody ever said a word about it.
In this video, I point out how the former prosecutor was conflating Trump, saying we have a two-tier system and what he perceives as inequities in the bail system. It's frightening that this guy was once a federal prosecutor.
