The US doesn’t know how to exercise diplomacy, much less does it want to. To have their way, the default is to posture, threaten, sanction, bomb. China has inflicted no harm on the U.S. and Taiwan, the U.S. recognizes as a part of China. So why are they planning to go to war with China? This is about the U.S. losing its place as a hegemon as Russia, China and BRICS nations insist on national sovereignty and peace cooperation among nations and not being beholden to the oppressive post colonial “rules based order”, of which Canada is in directly in step with the U.S. in upholding.
