If you have orchids, then you definitely want them to have a really nice lush and long-lasting bloom, right? And to achieve this, you can even resort to DIY fertilizers or even home remedies. One such fertilizer for orchids I would like to show you in this video.

Because it is about rice! Rice has very good nutrients that can also bring your orchid to bloom. But for this you should not just dump rice into your orchids. Dump rice in some water and let it sit for a while. This way the water will absorb the nutrients from the rice.

You can then use this water to water your orchid. Just always remember with orchids not to water them too often. Once a week is enough. The best way is to put the orchid in a bowl, pour some water into the orchid until it runs out at the bottom, leave it in the water for another 20 minutes and then drain it well.

Do the treatment with the rice water every two weeks and you will notice a lush and long-lasting bloom!
