Astronauts accidentally lose a shield in space

In 2017, NASA astronauts Peggy Whitson and Shane Kimbrough embarked on a spacewalk (EVA #38) outside the International Space Station. During this mission, Peggy Whitson accidentally dropped an anti-debris shield, which unfortunately became space debris. The entire incident was captured by the GoPro action camera that Whitson was carrying.
