I CANT LOSE WEIGHT

I used to be a professional dieter. You name the diet and I failed at it. It was not until I matured and realized this body is all I got. There is no reset button. Once I figured out how to STOP dieting is when I started to understand what healthy actually means.

Since I am still overweight and on meds... I consider myself to be sick. I say this because if I am NEEDING to take medications I must not be healthy.
At least that is my opinion.
