Maui D.E.W: Evidence of Direct Energy Weapon?

If you are a doubter. Research what temperature glass melts and then the average temperature of a car fire. Keep in mind this was a very small grass fire. Totally contained. No other known fuel. How did it start? How did it reach a high enough temperature to MELT and liquify GLASS??
