Teens who threatened Oshkosh high schools sentenced

The two teens charged with making terrorist threats against Oshkosh high schools during calls to the Waupaca County 911 center have been sentenced. Andrew Monroe, 18, of Waupaca, was sentenced Tuesday to 180 days in jail and 24 months probation after pleading no contest to a charge of making terrorist threats, party to a crime.
