Jacksonville sheriff names mass shooting victims and identifies 21-year-old gunman

Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters released the names of the three victims killed in what police are saying is a hate-motivated mass shooting. Waters also outlined the timeline of events leading up to the shooting and identified the 21-year-old gunman.
