A Normal Leg Workout
This is an awesome example of how majority of my leg workouts look lately! I usually do 2 heavy compound movements, 1-2 glute focused movements, and 1-2 quad/hamstring movements. Life’s a mess most of the time, but we still have work to do. I’m tired and running on E, but there will come point where the compounded effort over the years pays off. I have learned to find comfort in the chaos, rather than having a negative mindset around the exhaustion. Pressure..not many can handle it. How we deal with pressure and how we continue to confront it straight on says a lot about our character. The self awareness to appreciate pressure rather than running away from it is a concept many don’t comprehend. Pressure and greatness have a lot in common. Enjoy the video!
