Jacksonville mayor says suspected shooter was 'aware' of 2018 mass shooting

Mayor Donna Deegan said the suspected gunman in the "racially-motivated" shooting at a Dollar General was "aware" of the mass shooting that took place on Aug. 26, 2018, at Jacksonville Landing in which two people were killed and 10 others were injured.
