Shots Fired on North Main Street in the City of Wilkes-Barre, PA

Up front: The shots happened off-camera. They're clearly audible and I believe the shooter may be the person I circled in the thumbnail for this video, though I can't be sure. Before you ask, no, the police did not ask me for any video and I wasn't the one who called 9-1-1. I was shopping at Weis in Plains Township when this happened. When I came home, I saw the police had part of North Main and Butler Streets blocked off, so I went back in time on the camera to see what happened.
