One Pot Chicken Pulao | White Biryani

You'll need the following ingredients:
1/2 cup oil or ghee
500 grams chicken
• 500 grams basmati rice, washed and soaked for 15-20 minutes

1 medium onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
• 10-12 green chillies paste (adjust according to your spice preference)
3 tbsp yogurt
• 1/4 cup mint leaves
• 4-5 cups of water
Whole spices:
• 6-7 cloves
• 10-12 black peppercorns
• 3-4 green cardamom
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 bay leaves
• 2-3 black cardamom
• 2 star anise
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
Powdered spices:
• 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
• 1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp salt or to taste
• 1 chicken cube (alternative is 1 tsp chicken powder)
