Before I start, please look at the vid ‘Norman Fenton interviews Dr Scott McLachan on concerns about the evidence in the Lucy Letby case’: https://www.street-hawk.com/norman-fenton-interviews-dr-scott-mclachan-on-concerns-about-the-evidence-in-the-lucy-letby-case/

Also Lucia de Berk (born 22 September 1961), often called Lucia de B., is a Dutch licensed paediatric nurse who was the subject of a miscarriage of justice. In 2003: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucia_de_Berk
So the question is, does any evidence prove Lucy Letby is guilty?
So lets look at the evidence:
Evidence of murder
It does not seem that any of the dead babies had an autopsy, and were at the time presumed by most to have died naturally.
Lucy Letby was a nurse on a neonatal ward/department where babies were often ill and many sadly die.
One suspects that one could state that all deaths were natural or from infection from such the leaking of the waste pipe from above, or indeed from inexperienced junior doctors is who may not have carried out procedures in time or correctly.
Evidence Lucy Letby was the only nurse on duty
Norman Fenton interview with Dr Scott McLachan (see link above) informs us that his understanding is that there were many more deaths where Lucy Letby was not on duty. But he believes these were removed from the list for convivence in order to suggest that Lucy Letby was the only nurse on duty. My understanding of what he is saying is that if we were to see all the dead babies then we may not conclude the death rate was unusual with Lucy Letby.
The so called confession notes
It is stated that these were written after she was being investigated when she became depressed and the suggestion is she wanted to end her life. It would seem reasonable thing to question yourself in such circumstances. It would also seem out of place for a guilty person to write such notes knowing the police will see them.
It is reported that even one of the detectives in the case did not expect her to keep writing the notes (presumably meaning he or she did not expect a guilty person to keep making notes. This is from the Daily Mail:
The article has this: 'We knew she was a copious writer of notes,' DI Woods said. 'Now we thought that perhaps having been arrested she might stop doing that.
I have a link to the article on: https://youtu.be/ZYy3ya_fTB4
Taking home documents
Norman Fenton interview with Dr Scott McLachan (see link above) informs us that this is expected and advised to do, and other nurses have also stated they do this.
It is advised to take such handover notes in case you get a call and are asked if for example you gave medication. Rather than guess you have your notes to hand.
Making a diary
Norman Fenton interview with Dr Scott McLachan (see link above) informs us that this is expected and advised to do, and other nurses have also stated they do this.
He states that nurses should do this to prove what care they have given and this is used as evidence every few years in order to be a nurse.
The LO secret code
Many nurses have stated it is LD and they all write this. LD means Long Day.
Mental health
The only evidence of mental health seems to be after she started to be investigated where she seems to suffer huge depression.
We do not seem to have any evidence of any controlling behaviour. She also seems to have normal relationships with people.
Looking up families on Facebook
It is confirmed Lucy Letby looked up all families, not just those who died. It seem people knew she did this and were not concerned. It seems reasonable for a nurse or doctor to be interested how people they care for are getting on.
Lucy Letby refused to attend her sentencing
Wy would she go? I do not think I would go regardless if I was guilty or innocent.
As I have stated I am not saying Lucy Letby is innocent nor guilty. I am simply stating that the case seems strange and that her actions do not seem to be of a guilty person, and the evidence she was convicted on seems no more than coincidence, that may even have been manipulated to give a false impression.
An example is it is believed only three pages from her diary were entered as evidence rather than all the diaries.
