Are Old Fiberglass Skateboards Any Good? #tobyburger

I found this skateboard at a garage sale (correction: not a thrift store) San Bernardino, Ca in the late 1990s. It had scooter handlebars attached to the board when I bought it for $3. I eventually removed the scooter handlebars that were mounted on here, and I wish I hung onto them, but yeah, in retrospect, it was a Skateboard first and foremost and a 70s relic then should be celebrated as such. I threw on some new wheels and bearings to make this board roll and surprisingly, the original bushings and king pins are still in place and haven’t given out and the board still works well, it pretty much just goes in a straight line but as you can see in this video and fakie back-and-forth on this 4 foot mini ramp quite well with very little effort and I would say that this is perfect for learning perfect for cardio, perfect for building the basics of skateboarding and your appreciation for the history of skateboarding all at the same time.
