Former aviation parts manufacturer. This site was shut down in the early 2000’s due to malpractice that resulted in tons of toxic waste being stored on the grounds. The CEO went to jail for a year and a day and had to pay a fine of about $100,000 for allowing this. As of May of 2023, a settlement was reached that will allow the site to be cleaned up and redeveloped.
