Yes, CPS as in "Child Protective Services" who engaged in child trafficking helpless children for the purpose of pedophilia prostitution by high ranking members of both the Republican and Democrat parties.

This video was originally intended to be aired on the Discovery Channel, but the corrupt government officials involved in the case made sure it would never be seen on national television.
