It’s not as hard as you think. You can make things lower in calorie without sacrificing taste. All it takes is a few substitutions. For example:

➡️ lower fat beef instead of higher
➡️ reduced fat cheese instead of full fat
➡️ lower calorie alternatives for mayo-based sauces
➡️ opting for lower carb breads

You can make all these substitutions or just 1 or 2. It just depends on how low calorie you want to make it.
