So guys this is just an experiment of painting a bumper with a spray gun, and I am not a professional painter or have experience of painting cars, hence it's just an experiment. So here I am going to explain what I did, and want an opinion about what I did wrong.

Bought the following items for PKR 1,150:
1. Paint around 200ml
2. Thinner 500ml
3. Plastic Primer 100ml
4. Hardener - 100ml
5. Lacquer - 100ml
6. 220 and 400 grit sandpapers
7. Steel putty with small patra

Steps done:

Sanded all scratches with 220 grit sandpaper
Washed bumper
Applied plastic primer and waited 2 hours
Applied putty and sanded it with 400 grit paper when it dried
Washed bumper and dried it with a soft cloth
Mixed paint with thinner in the ratio of 2:1 and added a little hardener as well
Applied two coats of paint and it was looking great and plain but had no shine
Once dried in almost after 10 minutes I mixed hardener with lacquer and sprayed it.
When I sprayed this I saw pieces of paint in the air and after the application of this which were actually from dirty spray gun.
