We Tried Truck Camping in 4x4 TOYOTA TACOMA (full tour)

A question we get asked all the time is: what happens after Cabin Life?! When we first started our journey in the woods, even coming by the basic necessities for survival seemed daunting! But as we build our cabin up and become more comfortable in our environment, we're always thinking: what's the next challenge.The Tacoma is 4-wheel-drive with offroad tires and a winch, so it can handle just about anything the road throws at us, except for one thing: GATES! The road to our first destination was closed, so we had to improvise and we took the camper out into the desert! We haven't been able to sit outside in so long that we almost forgot what it was like. After building a small pit fire, we spent our first night watching the moon come up, cooking a pasta dinner with a sauce we can't pronounce, and spending a quiet night together away from cell phones and Internet. It was absolutely magical. The camper itself was so easy and intuitive to use, and the bed was massive, probably bigger than the bed in our cabin!
