Baltimore City Police training all K-9 handlers to administer naloxone to dogs

It's a deadly epidemic, and newly release numbers from the state show the opioid crisis is only getting worse. Potent, man-made drugs are making the fight tougher for first responders. The possibly lethal opioids take people down fast, and animals are also at risk. Local police departments are now carrying a tool to protect their four-legged partners.
