Gridley’s Beef Bacon 🥓

Hey Guy’s! Welcome back to my channel! In today’s video I try Gridley’s Beef Bacon for the very first time. I first learned about beef bacon sometime around 2015.
In the past several months I’ve been on a mission to find a great tasting brand.
I tried Walmart, Ingles, Food Lion and Publix but it was never in stock. I found it at Sam’s but the taste was no better than a processed turkey bacon.
Then I remembered Tate Meatworks and called them. Wouldn’t you know it they had it in stock. They carry just about everything that you can think of anyway, right!
The guy that I talked to on the phone at Tate’s said that it was good when I asked him if he had tasted it. He also said that he had cooked some for his family and that they loved it. He did tell me that it was a little chewy and more meatier than regular bacon.
It’s a winner for me and I will buy it again.
To make my sandwich I fried my beef bacon by following the directions on the packaging.
I used Keto Bread that I purchased at Costco’s.
I built my sandwich by spreading Dukes Mayo and yellow mustard on both pieces of my bread.
Add a slice of in season vine ripe red tomato.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top that with two fried eggs.
Lastly add three strips of that delicious beef bacon. Close it up with your second slice of bread and eat up! Enjoy 😉
