A rescue team attempted to save six children trapped in a cable car stuck 1,150 feet in the air.
Officials are working to save six children and two adults that have been trapped in a chairlift hundreds of feet above the ground for more than six hours in Pakistan Tuesday.
The people on board the cable car were crossing a river canyon in Battagram district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province when one of the cables snapped, The Associated Press reported.
