Todays video is S1E10 and we have a 7 1/2lb piece of bologna. We have cur off a 1 1/2lb piece to use for the burnt ends and have sliced it like a blooming onion and seasoned it with the #meatchurchbbq Holy Gospel BBQ Rub. We have scored the other piece and seasoned it the same way.
we placed them both on the #oklahomajoes longhorn offset smoker at 250 degrees for approx 2 1/2hrs and also glazed them with #blueshogbbq Original BBQ sauce.
Once wee took them off thee smoker we sliced the big piece into 1/4"-3/8" slices then placed on a hot Blackstone for approx 3 mins or until both sides are done to your liking. Then they are ready to eat. Links to the products are below.
