Masala Mutton Chaap Fry| Lamb chops
Recipe
For boiling the lamb chops-
• 10-12 lamb chops
• 2 bay leaf & cinnamon stick
Salt
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 small onion roughly cut
• Water
Pressure cook the lamb chops with above ingredients until soft & tender.
Remove the lamb chops from the broth/

yakhni & set aside.
Do not discard the broth as it can be used to

For the masala marinade-
•1/2 cup curd
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp garam masala powder.

Mix everything & check for salt in the marination. Add more if needed keeping in mind the amount of salt added while boiling the lamb chops.
